An Bord Pleanala approval received for an extension to a Regency Cottage in South Dublin.
The proposal uses courtyards to separate the new extension from the existing cottage, allowing light and air to the deepest part of the plan. The extension is pulled back from both boundary walls to reduce the mass and allow additional light to the interior.
